Adam Caldwell-Waluk

Victoria Helicopters was founded by Adam Caldwell-Waluk on the principal of providing a value added service in the transactions associated with the selling and buying of helicopters. Adam has developed the knowledge and expertise from the experiences gained as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, Manager and Owner all beginning shortly after surviving Y2K. He has experience with many different makes and models including but not limited to Airbus Helicopters (AS350, EC130, EC135), Bell Helicopters (204, 205, 206, 212, 407), AgustaWestland Helicopters (AW109S, AW119).

Adam started his aviation career in the Canadian Arctic. Since then he has had the honor of working at Airbus Helicopters and many other reputable organizations. Helicopter engineering has taken him all around the world. He has also held the position of Director of Maintenance for a fleet of ten AS350's. He bought his first helicopter in 2015 where he discovered his passion in sourcing helicopters. Working as far north as the ice fields in the magnetic north pole and as far south as the beaches of Australia he has gained a vast amount of experience that he is willing to share.

Victoria Helicopters has been built on the foundation of Adam's honesty and integrity. Adam's background in company management and helicopter ownership has developed his knowledge to encompass many different skills that are extremely valuable for this business. Adam holds many helicopter model type certifications while holding a Canadian and Australian License in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.

Sean Davidson

Sean is the Senior Sales Executive and responsible for deal origination to transaction closing at Victoria Helicopters. His experience in business development, marketing, supply chain management, contract management, aircraft leasing, aircraft sourcing, and customer support; he consistently offers solutions that work within our client’s budget and schedule requirements. His outside the box approach to problem solving, casual method of building lasting relationships through honesty and transparency, combined with his extensive knowledge of the rotorcraft industry; make him known for exceeding expectations and fostering mutually beneficial business relationships.

Passionate about driving results-oriented behaviors in teambuilding and program management; utilizing lean six sigma methodologies for decision making and streamlining processes. As an aircraft engineer that has worked at the large OEM and FAA Part 145 Repair Stations, he offers solutions to aircraft buyers, sellers, and fleet operators around the world.

Previously, Sean served as Senior Manager for Customer Support at AgustaWestland Philadelphia Corporation and most recently held the position of Senior Sales Executive for North America with Airwork (NZ) Ltd.

Evelise Walker

Evelise is a dedicated marketing strategist with roots in Brazil, now proudly residing in the US. With a focus on social media, she blends her Brazilian background with the dynamic US marketing scene, she consistently offers a distinctive approach to marketing campaigns, combining creativity with strategic insight. Her commitment is centered on making a significant impact in the ever-evolving marketing landscape, transforming passion into purposeful results.

Natacha Parsons

Natacha began her career in aviation in May of 1999 with ACRO Aerospace (Vector Aerospace) advancing into Sales Management roles, with over 23 years of aviation expertise.

Her extensive experience has equipped her with an in-depth understanding of the global market. Natacha's passion for aviation is evident in her dedication and commitment to success, while exceeding customer expectations. She possesses an exceptional ability to build beneficial partnerships with clients and buyers, earning their trust and loyalty.

Her communication skills enable her to effectively identify and understand every unique need of her clients, ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Natacha is a true professional who continues her impactful presence, leading firms to excellence. This has earned her a prestigious reputation industry wide which she is committed to advance through her Sales Director role with Victoria Helicopters.

Dan Henderson

Dan Henderson is a proud New Zealander who has thirty-six years’ experience building and managing Operational, MRO, Support and Commercial aspects of the aviation business.

During this time he gained a massive amount of hard earned knowledge on what works and what doesn’t. Dan started in supply back in the 80s mainly with Piper Aircraft support before moving on to Rotary aircraft. He moved on to learn, implement and manage a range of various support operations such as a Turbine Overhaul shop, Fleet Operations, Fleet Maintenance and cost control, Operations Manager, running a major MRO business. He has led the team which developed the BK117 engine upgrade, amongst other STC packages, and to date his drive and operational focus has been on this helicopter type and the AS350 / H125 range.

Dan firmly believes that the success of any enterprise is the people and support structure and as such has focused on building Support / Customer Care teams. He goes to great lengths to point out that there is a vast difference between a “Call Centre” and true Customer Care and that this is what has attracted him to Victoria Helicopters. Customer Care is about individuals taking ownership, understanding what the customer needs, what we can do to help and then simply doing it.

At heart he is a trader and there is nothing he enjoys more than matching buyer and seller needs and looks forward to continuing to make this happen as a part of the Victoria Helicopters team.
